结肠J型小贮袋与直接吻合在直肠癌低位前切除术后早期结果比较的Meta分析

摘要：

目的:比较中、下段直肠癌低位前切除术后肠道J型小贮袋(≤8cm)吻合与直接吻合术中及术后早期结果。方法:通过电子检索PubMed、Medline、Ovid、Cochrane数据库,查找1995年1月—2009年12月符合入选标准的随机对照临床试验,选取手术重建成功率、手术时间、术后平均住院天数、手术死亡率、吻合口漏、伤口感染、肺部感染等指标作为研究内容,采用RevMan5.0.23软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献9篇(580例)。结肠小贮袋或直接吻合两种方式在手术重建成功率、手术死亡率、吻合口漏、伤口感染、肺部感染等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术时间及术后平均住院天数因资料不足未进行分析。结论:直肠癌低位前切除术后采用结肠小贮袋或直接吻合重建肠道,术中、术后早期结果相似,两种方法都是安全、有效的。
