摘要：

从电磁基本理论出发，深入研究了均匀导电半空间频域三维电磁散射问题，由张量格林函数求解Ｆｒｅｄｈｏｌｍ方程，将异常体划分为一系列立方单元，并将该积分方程转化为矩阵方程，从而计算出空间任意点的电场和磁场；此外，还给出了计算实例，并与国外结果进行分析对比，证明作者运用的计算方法结果正确，算法快速．
