二氧化硫熏气引起的大豆叶蛋白的变化(英文)

摘要
SO2作为植物的一种逆境因子,能否诱导特殊的逆境蛋白?用SDS-PAGE分析检测(图1)表明,在SO2熏气的大豆叶中出现了18kD多肽,同时20kD多肽也加强,而25,32kD和35 kD三种多肽则减少。用磷酸和Tris-HCl两种缓冲液提取的蛋白中,都检测到18kD多肽。SO2熏气过程中,大豆叶片表现出抗性提高的现象。
