皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆的诊断和治疗

摘要：

皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆主要以小血管疾病为病因,包括腔隙状态、关键部位梗死性痴呆和Binswanger综合征,临床上表现为皮质下综合征和认知障碍。积极诊断和治疗皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆有助于降低老年人认知障碍的发病风险。
