八段锦在哮喘肺康复干预中的作用初步研究

摘要：

目的:评价八段锦锻炼对已接受充分药物治疗仍不能控制的哮喘患者的疗效。方法:对39名符合条件的哮喘患者进行为期8周的八段锦功法锻炼,评估比较锻炼前后哮喘控制测试评分、6分钟步行距离、哮喘生活质量问卷评分及肺功能(VC、FEV1、PEF、RV)。结果:经8周八段锦锻炼肺康复后,患者的哮喘控制测试、哮喘生活质量问卷评分及6分钟步行距离均显著增加,肺功能未见明显变化。结论:八段锦作为肺康复锻炼方法可使患者哮喘控制水平、运动能力和生活质量得到显著改善。
