脂氧合酶的侵染诱导在植物抗病反应中的可能作用

脂氧合酶在植物界里广泛存在,同一植物体内通常具有多种同工酶形式,它们可能参与调控植物的生长发育、衰老过程和防御反应过程。已有许多研究表明:脂氧合酶活性诱导与植物抗病过程中的过敏坏死反应、信号分子合成和抗菌活性物质的生成紧密相关。为了更进一步具体阐述脂氧合酶的抗病作用及其应用前景,本文以稻瘟病为例,对一脂氧合酶途径活化参与稻瘟病抗性的可能性进行了分析,并在此基础上提出通过该途径基因操作实现非小种特异性、持久抗稻瘟病分子育种的应用设想。
