摘要：

<正>关节起着连接、带动和引导周围各个关节的作用,创伤后的功能障碍不仅使关节活动受限,还将影响到肢体的功能活动。长时间的制动可加重组织间的粘连,使关节软骨发生退行性改变,还可以使关节囊、韧带、肌肉等组织发生形态结构、生物化学及生物力学等方面的改变,甚至发生纤维化、钙化等情况,造成关节僵硬。
