摘要：

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是以进行性痴呆为特征的大脑退行性变性疾病,目前治疗缺乏特异有效的手段。本文对其发病因素、发病机制及目前用于治疗AD的相关药物进行综述,以期对临床治疗和进一步的研究提供借鉴。
