BNP检测对脓毒症心肌损伤的诊断价值

摘要
目的通过比较严重脓毒症患者和充血性心力衰竭患者BNP水平探讨其对脓毒症潜在诊断价值。方法共入选58例住ICU患者,33例严重脓毒症患者和25例急性心衰患者。入选患者7天内每天常规抽血检测BNP水平。结果入选时脓毒症组平均BNP水平为568pg/ml,心衰组平均BNP为583pg/ml。BNP水平随时间呈增高趋势,两组无显著差异。结论严重脓毒症患者BNP水平显著升高。需要进一步研究探讨BNP升高水平和脓毒症相关心肌功能之间的关系。
