摘要
教师信念研究已经成为当前西方教师研究的一个重要主题,研究主要着眼于教师教育对教师信念转变的作用,以及教师信念与教学实践之间的关系等。从研究的结论来看,教师信念是否可变与研究者如何界定信念及采取的研究方法有很大的关系,而教师信念能否直接引领教学实践则取决于教师个体对实践情境的感受与理解。
