PBL教学模式在肾内科教学中的实践

摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在肾内科教学中的应用,以提高肾内科教学质量,适应现代社会对医学人才的要求。方法将中国医科大学89期5年制学生120名随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用PBL教学模式,以临床病例为基础,进行小组讨论式学习。对照组采用SBL教学模式,比较分析两组教学效果的差异。结果试验组与对照组相比,基础理论知识考试成绩差异无显著性[(43.29±8.11)vs(44.35±7.62),P>0.05];两组间病例分析客观题考试成绩差异也无显著性[(20.86±3.73)vs(19.35±4.26),P>0.05]。在病例分析主观题考试中,试验组学生的考试成绩明显优于对照组[(20.55±6.17)vs(15.84±4.27),P<0.05]。PBL教学能明显提高学生自主学习、分析和解决问题的能力,增强学生间的团队精神。结论PBL教学模式优于SBL教学模式,有助于医学生变被动学习为主动学习,并成为终生学习者,适用于肾内科教学。
