摘要：

n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFAs)是一类重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,与人体多种生理过程密切相关。大量研究证实,n-3PUFAs能抑制肿瘤发生、侵袭和转移,增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,延长肿瘤患者的生存时间。本文就n-3PUFAs抗肿瘤机制作一综述。
