<正> 双相情感障碍患者自杀未遂的发生率较高,国外对双相情感障碍与相关因素关系的探讨较多,国内尚未见报道。本文对112例双相情感障碍患者自杀未遂与各相关因素的关系进行分析和探讨。1 资料1.1 一般资料:2001年3月至2002年2月间在我院门诊和住院治疗符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版(CCMD-3)的双相情感障碍患者112例。其中男性54例,女性58例。发病年龄
