<正>静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)为多因素疾病,包括深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)和肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)。在普通人群中,VTE每年的发病率约为1/100 000,接近1/3有症状的VTE发生PE,2/3的患者表现为单纯性DVT[1]。上肢和一些特殊部位,如肠系膜静脉、深静脉血
