摘要：

<正>胃癌和大肠癌均是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。目前,胃癌在全球癌症发病顺位中居第4位,死因顺位居第2位,在国内死因顺位排第3位[1];大肠癌死亡率在男性和女性中分别居于第5和第4位[2],胃肠道肿瘤已成为威胁人类健康的全球性疾病。
