摘要：

<正>近20年来,美国对增值评价不断进行改进和技术创新,增值评价也深刻影响了美国基础教育改革进程。一、增值评价的内涵与初衷"增值"是经济学的概念,即产出减去投入后增加的价值。在教育领域,增值主要指学生经过一个阶段的学习之后所表现出来的学业进步程度。进而,学业进步的增量被认为是教学质量提升的重要证据,更是教育评价应当关注的焦点。
