摘要：

偏头痛与卒中的关系是目前神经科领域引人关注的课题。许多研究表明,偏头痛与卒中存在复杂的相互关系,包括偏头痛是卒中的病因、偏头痛作为脑梗死的危险因素或后果以及偏头痛与脑梗死是共同病因所致。文章对偏头痛与卒中的关系做了综述。
