脑钠肽和肿瘤坏死因子-α在心力衰竭患者中的浓度变化及相关性

摘要：

目的:探讨在心力衰竭(心衰)患者中,血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的浓度变化及二者的相关性。方法:55例心衰患者,健康对照组23例,采集受试者空腹血浆,应用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆BNP、TNF-α水平,应用心脏多普勒超声检测心脏左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)。结果:心衰患者BNP水平与TNF-α水平呈正相关(r=0.658,P<0.01);心衰组血浆BNP、TNF-α水平均显著升高(P<0.05);心衰患者BNP水平与LVEDD呈正相关(r=0.613,P<0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.643,P<0.01);心衰患者TNF-α水平与LVEDD呈正相关(r=0.465,P<0.05),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.474,P<0.05)。结论:心衰患者血浆TNF-α与BNP密切相关,且随着心衰程度越重相关性越强。
