本土实践与地区秩序:东盟、中国与印太构建

摘要：

本文对构建中的印太秩序进行分析,提出本土实践是塑造地区秩序的重要变量。本土实践是指基于实践共同体地方背景知识,在国际互动进程中发挥主导作用,界定互动基本规则和基础架构的实践。当前,印太地区的重要本土实践包括以东盟为中心的地区制度秩序进程,和以经济发展为主要内容的发展地区主义进程,其中中国发挥着越来越重要的推动和引领作用。"东盟中心"、发展地区主义和共建"一带一路"国际合作将对印太秩序产生重要塑造作用。
