包容性组织研究的学理基础:透析与发展

摘要
包容已成为共享经济背景下国家发展的主基调。为推进包容性组织研究,基于12个跨学科理论对包容性组织研究的学理基础进行了归纳与解析。依托社会认同理论、最佳区分理论、自我决定理论,梳理了包容性的概念内涵及发展;依托生态学理论、共文化理论、社会结构理论,从环境、文化、策略三个方面剖析了包容性组织的建构原理;依托社会交换理论、符号互动理论、分类-加工理论,从积极效应激发角度概括了包容性组织的作用机理,并依托地位特征理论、相对剥夺理论、交叉性理论,从消极效应抑制角度阐释了包容性组织的作用机理。最后,根植共享经济背景,从理论和经验研究两个方向进行了研究展望。
