虚拟现实技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能康复疗效的meta分析

摘要
目的:系统评价虚拟现实技术对脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢功能康复的临床疗效。方法:检索国内外有关虚拟现实上肢康复训练与常规康复训练对比治疗脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢运动障碍的临床随机对照试验,计算FMA-UE的加权均数差(WMD),运用RevMan4.2软件对符合条件的所有结果进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入7篇临床随机对照试验。meta分析结果显示,治疗前虚拟现实组与常规组FMA-UE评分差异不具有显著性:WMD=1.38,95%CI为[-2.39,5.15];治疗前后虚拟现实组FMA-UE评分差异具有显著性:WMD=-9.95,95%CI为[-13.92,-5.89],虚拟现实组的FMA-UE评分治疗后明显高于治疗前;治疗后虚拟现实组与常规组FMA-UE评分差异具有显著性:WMD=4.99,95%CI为[2.40,7.57],治疗后虚拟现实组的FMA-UE评分明显高于常规组。结论:虚拟现实上肢康复训练能有效地促进脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢功能的康复,并比常规康复训练更加有效。但是,目前关于虚拟现实上肢康复训练的高水平临床研究较少,故需要进一步进行大样本的临床随机对照试验来证实其疗效。
