<正>重症急性胰腺炎(several acute pancreatitis,SAP)病程一般分为两期,即急性反应期和感染期。急性反应期在起病后两周内,以全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)为其特征,主要矛盾是SIRS及其相关的心血管、肺、肾等脏器功能障碍,
