超声导引经皮肝内无水酒精注射的实验研究

摘要：

笔者利用50只家兔进行超声引导经皮肝内无水酒精注射的实验研究。目的是观察以不同量的无水酒精注入肝脏后,在各个时期的病理变化,修复过程及酒精注入后的超声影像。实验证明,经酒精注射局部肝坏死完全且局限,2周内就有纤维包膜形成和坏死及周围变性区域的肝细胞再生,未见其他肝损害,实验动物情况均属良好。酒精弥散的范围由注射量、速度和组织硬度而定。
