帕金森病的治疗进展

摘要
帕金森病是中老年人常见的神经系统退行性变。目前帕金森病的治疗主要以传统药物治疗为主,集中在对于多巴胺系统和运动症状的左旋多巴疗法,多巴胺受体激动剂和单胺氧化酶B型抑制剂也用于晚期帕金森病的辅助治疗。这些治疗虽然能控制疾病症状,却不能延缓病程。帕金森病仍然是一个导致严重残疾的持续进展性疾病,急需研究新的神经保护措施来干预其进展,为未来帕金森病的治疗提供新希望。
