<正>颈椎前路融合内固定术(ACDF)是治疗颈椎退变性疾病的常用方法,在临床症状改善方面取得了很好的效果,但是,坚强固定和脊柱融合后存在诸多并发症,如继发邻近节段退变,导致症状复发甚至需要再次手术治疗。近年来,外科手术治疗的理念逐渐转移到非融合技术上,应
