专利价值的影响因素分析——专利布局战略观点

摘要：

以专利诉讼作为专利价值的代理变量,以专利权利要求数、先前技艺数作为自变量,同时引入专利家族深度和专利家族强度作为反映企业专利布局战略的代理指标,结合7 146件Thomson Innovation数据库收录的截至2011年5月31日美国授权的LED专利文献信息,采用Logistic回归方法探索专利价值的影响因素。实证结果显示:专利权利要求数、先前技艺数、专利家族深度和专利家族强度对专利价值有显著的正向影响。
