摘要：

丹参是我国传统中医中应用最广、历史最悠久的药物之一,丹参及其制剂临床上广泛应用于心脑血管疾病的治疗。为使中药及其制剂更好的走向国际市场,中药制剂复杂组分的体内过程研究显得至关重要。本文就丹参及其制剂主要效应组分的药代动力学研究进展作一综述,为开展丹参制剂复杂组分的整合药代动力学研究提供方法学及理论依据。
