食物过敏研究新进展

摘要
过敏性疾病是一类严重影响全球健康的疾病,而食物过敏是其中一种常见的类型,其反应程度可以从轻微的局部症状到严重的全身性反应。过敏性疾病在诊断工具和治疗方法中取得了重大进展,然而食物过敏的治疗方法还没有实现目标,患者及其家属都被迫改变饮食习惯和社交活动,严重影响其生活质量,新的技术发展将增进我们对食物过敏发病机制的了解,同时多中心的研究将阐明遗传背景、生活方式和环境因素在食物过敏中的相互作用。本文将综述近年来关于食物过敏的新见解和发展。
