产科大量输血补液策略

摘要：

产后出血始终是危及产妇生命安危的主要原因,故而产科的输血补液策略至关重要。在扩充血容量及维持渗透压后,提高血液携氧能力及改善止血功能是大量输血的目的。产科大量输血策略提倡限制性液体复苏,及时补充红细胞,早期足量使用血浆,预防性输注血小板,补充纤维蛋白原及冷沉淀,一些止血药物也可作为备用策略使用。注意预防大量输血相关并发症。
