连续切片中神经元的计算机辅助三维重构

摘要：

根据三维重构的需要，研制了一个微计算机系统。用链表式数据结构形式，先左后右，先序遍历的收集方法和用堆栈进行整理的方法进行重构。三维重构后的神经元可得任意平面的投影图，并能分等级地画出粗细和侧棘的多少。
