半滑舌鳎口咽腔味觉器官的形态、分布与功能之间的关系

摘要
为探讨半滑舌鳎口咽腔味蕾在捕食行为中的作用及其功能形态学关系,应用扫描电镜观察和行为学实验方法对半滑舌鳎口咽腔味蕾的形态、分布与功能之间的关系进行了研究。扫描电镜观察发现:半滑舌鳎口咽腔味蕾分布比较集中,主要位于上颌前部吻勾内表面及舌上表面前、中区,吻勾内表面味蕾为Ⅰ型味蕾,舌上表面味蕾主要由Ⅱ型味蕾组成;行为学实验发现:半滑舌鳎吻勾内表面和舌表面的味蕾对食物味道和软硬度均非常敏感,仅吞食具有一定味道和软硬度的适口性食物。扫描电镜和行为学实验的结果表明:半滑舌鳎口腔内的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型味蕾都具有机械感觉和化学感觉的功能。同时探讨了半滑舌鳎口腔味蕾形态及分布对捕食习性的适应意义。
