基于延迟链的频率测量方法

摘要
提出了一种基于延迟链技术的频率测量新方法。利用被测频率产生计数闸门,利用延迟链产生均匀延迟的多路参考频率信号,在同一闸门下对其计数,以其平均数作为参考频率计数值,降低了±1计数误差,对其进行误差分析表明其频率测量精度决定于延迟单元延时及其误差。实际测量数据表明在参考频率为200MHz,对延迟单元延时标定为0.5ns时其频率测量精度同比多周期同步法提高8倍。相比模拟内差法、时间-电压变换法和游标法等,该方法实现简单、成本低廉,具有良好的实用性。
