知识创造型学习方式的构建与实践——基于卓越小学教师培养的探索

摘要
当下,落实创新驱动的国家战略,针对卓越小学教师培养中创新能力发展欠缺及支持乏力等问题,华南师范大学在小学教育专业人才培养中,构建和实践了由个体、共同体、人造物和技术中介四大要素互动生成的"知识创造型学习方式",力争让学生的学习不仅是知识的继承活动,更成为知识的创造活动。该方式内蕴知识转化的认识论、院校协作的主体论、学研一体的结构论和实践效用的价值论原理,已凸显出创造课目教育学知识、教学管理知识和校本课程知识这三种较为成熟的类型。
