摘要：

意大利是世界上文物古迹最多的国家,它所倡导的文化遗产保护理念和管理方式不仅是管理本国庞大遗产的重要基础,而且在国际遗产保护的前沿领域上占有重要位置。从国家层面看,无论是文物监督人的引入、细致的文化遗产保护科研成果,还是在"文化遗产和景观规范"中对文化遗产整体概念的强调均十分值得关注。
