摘要：

近年来研究发现,糖尿病肾病的发病机制与诸多炎症细胞因子有着密切关系,如C反应蛋白、白细胞介素类、肿瘤坏死因子-α、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子、单核细胞趋化因子、转化生长因子-β1、核因子-κB等参与了糖尿病肾病的发生发展。文章从中西医结合的角度,探讨炎症细胞因子在糖尿病肾病发病机制中的作用,为糖尿病肾病的诊疗提供理论基础。
