摘要：

目的　探讨肌腱组织的超声影像特点。方法　用鸡趾屈肌腱损伤模型，观察正常和损伤肌腱的超声图像及肌腱愈合过程中超声影像与组织学改变之间的对应关系。结果　正常肌腱具有特征性的超声图像。在肌腱损伤及愈合过程中，随组织学改变的不同，其超声图像亦有相应的变化。结论　高频超声能够提供有关肌腱情况的图像资料，可以做为临床了解肌腱损伤和愈合情况的辅助检查手段。
