腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的预防

摘要：

本文报告140例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的结果。着重讨论并发症的预防和处理。本组胆囊结石134例、非结石慢性胆囊炎3例、息肉3例。伴高血压10例,糖尿病4例。下腹手术史8例,上腹手术史2例。因 Calot 三角区严重粘连、出血等因素改为开腹手术10例。术后并发明显皮下气肿2例,胆汁漏2例,肝下积液感染1例,出血1例。文中讨论了 LC 发生并发症的原因和防治体会。作者强调由训练有素的人员操作,掌握适应症,必要时改为开腹手术极为重要。
