本文综述了目前应用于DNA疫苗的几种免疫佐剂,诸如细胞因子、蛋白质分子、CpG寡核苷酸、化学分子、脂质体等,总结了DNA疫苗免疫佐剂的研究现状,探讨了该领域未来可能的发展方向。
