中国企业员工工作幸福感的维度结构研究

员工工作幸福感是影响我国企业可持续发展的关键因素之一。笔者对企业员工工作幸福感的内容结构进行了理论建构,进而通过实证研究编制了我国企业员工工作幸福感的测量量表并验证了其维度结构。研究表明:我国企业员工工作幸福感由情绪幸福感、认知幸福感、职业幸福感和社会幸福感4个维度构成;情绪幸福感包括积极情绪体验和消极情绪体验2个因子,职业幸福感包括工作胜任感、工作抱负和工作认可感3个因子,认知幸福感和社会幸福感均是单因子维度。
