<正> 回顾人们认识乙型肝炎的过程。1886年Lurman首次描述了发生于德国Bremen某工厂191例黄疸病人,发现所有这些病例都曾接受过人痘疫苗的预防接种,提示有一种肝炎可能与接受人的血清有关。1926年Flaum等描述了糖尿病门诊一起长潜伏期黄疸病流行,其原因与注射器和针头受污染有关。20世纪30年代开始有多起因接受麻疹或流行性腮腺炎病人恢复期血清或带有血清成份的黄热病疫苗而发生肝炎流行的报告,美国200多万人因接种此种疫苗发生肝炎51 337例,
