阈下抑郁是一种较为常见的心理亚健康现象,已经引起了国内外学者的重视。本文从中医对阈下抑郁的认识、干预以及干预的作用机制等方面进行综述,探讨在中医理论指导下今后中医干预、治疗阈下抑郁的新方向。
