摘要：

近年来,温室气体的减排分析已经成为国际社会的热点问题,笔者从五个方面分析了中国温室气体排放的现状,并对国内外温室气体排放的数据进行了对比和分析,力图通过这种方式对我国CO2人均排放量和排放强度在国际上的水平进行探讨,为我国在后京都时代如何承诺减排提供有利的前提和基础。
