摘要：

进展性卒中的病理生理学机制目前尚不清楚,难以准确预测哪些患者会出现神经功能恶化,卒中早期的血压水平、C-反应蛋白浓度、脑动脉狭窄程度、高血糖和卒中部位等因素与进展性卒中密切相关,对其发生有一定预测价值。
