摘要：

应急情景的决策活动为知识管理提供了丰富的领域行为知识研究背景。针对应急决策知识的缺乏和应急情景的动态演化,提出拼凑行为和即兴行为的应急决策模式。基于情景驱动、即兴和拼凑过程构建知识管理能力框架。在框架体系下,研究基于情景驱动的知识管理能力的关系本质和四类关系,研究拼凑和即兴在知识管理过程中的作用机理,为知识管理能力的情景化理论研究和指导应急情景演化分析提供理论和方法。
