摘要：

<正> 胆总管结石(common bile duct stone,CBDS)是一种常见外科疾病。近年来,其发病情况有显著变化,胆囊结石明显增加,它与CBDS的比例已由20年前的1.5∶1上升至7.36∶1,而CBDS发病率则大幅度降低。但由于病因和病情不同,治疗方法又不断更新,所以对CBDS的治疗选择面临着困难和挑战。
