摘要：

由于早产或宫内发育迟缓而造成的新生儿低出生体重对机体代谢乃至成年期发生某些慢性疾病如2型糖尿病、骨质疏松、冠心病、高血压、肾病的重要意义已日益受到重视,基于此,研究者提出了疾病的"胎儿起源假说"。本文就低出生体重对生命远期代谢疾病的影响进行综述。
