企业能力、关系机制与联盟绩效关系研究

摘要：

基于TCE与能力视角,识别企业能力和关系机制在技术合作中发挥的关键作用。研究结果表明,联盟伙伴的知识转移能力与目标企业的吸收能力正向影响联盟绩效,并且两种能力存在显著的交互作用;非股权联盟的绩效与联盟关系机制的使用程度具有正相关关系;当联盟存在大量隐性知识转移时,更高的联盟绩效依赖于目标企业更强的吸收能力和联盟关系机制的强度。研究为企业深刻理解如何在技术合作中提高联盟绩效提供了启示。
