银屑汤治疗银屑病临床观察

摘要：

目的:通过比较自拟银屑汤和消银胶囊治疗血虚风燥型银屑病临床症状的改善情况及皮肤CT图像的改变,观察银屑汤的临床疗效。方法:102例患者按就诊先后随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组54例口服银屑汤;对照组48例口服消银胶囊。4周为1个疗程,两组均连用2个疗程。记录治疗前后皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI评分)、中医证候评分、皮肤CT的数值的改变、相关实验室检查等。结果:治疗组总有效率90.74%;对照组总有效率72.92%;治疗后中医证候评分及PASI评分、皮肤CT下的相关数值,治疗组与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:银屑汤治疗血虚风燥型银屑病安全有效,疗效优于对照组。
