摘要：

调查我国人群中非典型分支杆菌的感染状况,总感染率为15.4%,其中最高为浙江省(44.9%),最低为西藏自治区(1.9%)。流行特征:感染率南方高于北方,沿海高于内地,气候温和地区高于寒冷地区;感染率随年龄增长而上升,至60岁开始下降;性别及民族间差异不明显。
