上颌窦癌根治性手术眶内容的处理

摘要：

报道综合治疗的上颌窦鳞癌139例。五年生存率为30%。其中眶底骨壁及眶内容受侵89例。行眶内容切除74例,保留眶内容15例。两组五年生存率分别为27%和33%。经统计学处理,差异无显著意义(P=0.86)。两组眶周围肿瘤复发率分别为15%和13%,差异无显著意义(P=0.80)。结论:上颌窦鳞癌对眶部的侵犯一般限于眶底骨板及骨膜,极少侵犯眶内容。经术前放射后其外周病变一般都有改善,上颌窦癌根治性手术中在切除眶底骨壁即能达到彻底切除肿瘤的情况下可以保留眶内容,对治疗生存率无明显影响。
